In the early part of last December I had a class to create a flip over calendar, everyone loved it and made me promise we will do another later in this new year! I thought I might start each month this year by posting the page for that month, so today I share, April which you can see has April Showers as its theme, check out those cute wellies (wellington boots) with matching umbrella!
- Base Card: 5 1/2 x 4 Daffodil Delight Card
- Calendar Layer : I have to admit I purchase these, I had no trouble creating the calendar on my computer but the trimming and centering was way beyond my skills set!
- Ink Color: Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
The stamp set is Under My Umbrella, I have stamped the images directly onto a piece of Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper, fussy cut the boots with my paper snips and used the Umbrella Builder Punch for the Umbrella.(all of which will be retiring at the beginning of May so you will need to get your order in as soon as possible!)
All the pieces are attached with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and a couple of Playing with Patterns Epoxy Dots to finish off.
As I work thru the year some of the products used might have retired, however you may have them in your stash or find a suitable alternative, either way enjoy 🙂
