Welcome to my Corner of the World

Tucked away on page 93 of the 2022 Annual Catalog is the pack of Lovely Layers Vellum. It has some pre-printed pages as well as some blank ones which you can use for other techniques. Today I have used one of the blank ones with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder to create a focal point for today’s birthday card.

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Gorgeous Grape Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Highland Heather Card
• Layer 2: Lovely Layers Vellum Sheet run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder. The sheet measures 5 x 3 3/4
• Ink Color: Gorgeous Grape and Crumb Cake

The embossed vellum is attached with a Mini Glue Dot on each corner, to ground my tag I added a length of Fresh Freesia Open Weave Ribbon. Then I went on a bit of a punch fest……. Flowers and Leaves for the little flower, Lady Bug Builder (wings) for the leaves and Essential Tag for my greeting which is from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set.
