A little change of pace and subject today I broke out the Friends are like Seashells Stamp Set for today’s card ~ it is a gender neutral set and great for a whole host of occasions. I have made this as a thinking of you card, (today would have been my dear Pop’s 93rd birthday and he is in my thoughts) which is a great sentiment if you want to send a ‘just because’ card or it will work for sympathy or for someone who is unwell and you want to give them a little lift to their day.
- Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Bermuda Bay Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
- Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Sahara Sand Card
- Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Basic White Card
- Ink Color: Sahara Sand and Coastal Cabana
I literally randomly stamped all over my piece of Basic White card – I made sure I stamped the largest shells first then back filled with the smaller shells and the dots – it is a very satisfying way to create as you are not stressing over centering or getting images straight!!
My greeting is the Lovely and Lasting Stamp Set on a scrap of Basic White Card then layered onto Sahara Sand card cut with the Lasting Label Punch….. unusually for me……………… no bling – but I am happy with the result – what do you think?
