I can hardly believe we are in the last full week of January….. already! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner so it is time to rustle up some cards to share with friends and loved ones.

My fold today, is one I call a Lazy Z fold – basically because the front of the card is folded back on itself giving a lopsided Z shape, but lop-sided does not sound as good a lazy – so hence its name 🙂

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Blushing Bride Card ~ scored @ 2 1/8 and 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White Card ~ run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Framed Florets Dies
• Layer 2: Real Red Card
• Ink Color: Blushing Bride and Real Red

I have paired the Country Bouquet Stamp Set and Builder Punch with the Framed Florets Dies and used traditional red and pinks for my card colours. The front panel is attached to the card base with Liquid Adhesive as is the Red Oval in the center. I stamped and cut two sets of hearts attaching some with Mini Glue Dots and some with Stampin Dimensionals. For my bling I added a bow using the Silver Metallic Edge Cotton Ribbon attached with a Mini Glue Dot.
