With the aid of a couple of punches, I am letting the decorative paper do all the work for my card today. The black and white of the Perfectly Penned decorative paper pack is just perfect to go with any color, so I chose to go with the vibrant Poppy Parade with a little Smoky Slate as a background.

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Poppy Parade Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 3 x 3 Smoky Slate Card
• Strip: 5 1/2 x 3/4 Perfectly Penned Decorative Paper
• 4 Squares: 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 Perfectly Penned Decorative Paper
• Ink Color: Poppy Parade

Using the tiny blossom stamp from the Petal Park Stamp set I used the tone-on-tone technique to randomly stamp over the card base (check out tone-on-tone stamping) before attaching the decorative paper strip with Liquid Adhesive. Each of little squares are attached to the Smoky Slate layer with Liquid Adhesive before attaching to the card base with 4 – 5 Stampin Dimensionals.

My greeting is from my favorite Go To Greetings stamp set cut with the Double Oval Punch, all finished off with a little flower cut with Petal Park Builder Punch topped off with a Rhinestone Basic Jewel. Too cute, if I say so myself!!
