Inspire. Create. Stamping Challenges # 201

Welcome to my Corner of the World

Today’s challenge is ‘Shades of Blue & Green’ I chose to do a floral design based on a teacup I bought recently! I chose to focus on using card, dies and a punch, with a little ribbon thrown in. As you will see from the video, apart from the card base I used scraps to build my decorative pieces.

Using 11 x 81/2 Letter Size Card (inches)

  • Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Basic White Thick Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
  • Layer 1: 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 Misty Moonlight Card ~ cut on the diagonal to create a triangle then run thru embossing machine with Baroque Florals Embossing Folder
  • Tag: 5 x 2 Pear Pizzazz Card
  • Scraps: Lemon Lolly, Soft Seafoam & Basic White
  • Ink Color: No inks used!!

Using A4 Size Card (inches)

  • Base Card: 11 1/2 x 4 1/8 Basic White Thick Card ~ scored @ 5 3/4
  • Layer 1: 5 3/4 x 4 1/8 Misty Moonlight Card ~ cut on the diagonal to create a triangle then run thru embossing machine with Baroque Florals Embossing Folder
  • Tag: 5 x 2 Pear Pizzazz Card
  • Scraps: Lemon Lolly, Soft Seafoam & Basic White
  • Ink Color: No inks used!!
