Inspire, Create Challenge # 219

Welcome to my Corner of the World

ooooooo it is a tough one this month, a colour challenge using Yellow, Pink and Orange!! I guess it kinda lends itself to something floral but I gonna try and not do that……….. wish me luck!!! As I explain in my video, this idea was from my husband !!! He said………. ‘how about’………….. and so I did!!!!!

Here is my take:

  • Base Card: 10x 5 Thick White Card ~ scored @ 5
  • Layer 1: 4 x 4 Daffodil Delight Card
  • Layer 2: 3 5/8 x 3 5/8 White Card ~ run thru embossing machine with Tile Embossing folder
  • Scraps Daffodil Delight, Peach Pie and Barely Blush
  • Ink Color: Nocturne

I used a paper piecing technique to build up my dancer with the challenge colours. Check out the video to see how everything goes together:

Here is another card I made using this die

I hope you enjoyed the card and video I shared with you today, I love what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and much more.
