Sometimes we need to send a card to lift someone’s spirits, to just let them know that someone is thinking of them. ‘Hang in There’ is just the perfect thing to say to give them a little lift. Continue readingAnother success for my personal decorative paper challenge – I love the Stampin’ UP! paper packs – it is practically the first thing I look at when a new catalog comes out – when it arrives I oooo and aaahhh over it then ‘save’ it for the perfect project to come along, which is a long way to say that I hoard it!!!!!!!
My challenge to myself is to use the paper – so today’s card uses a big piece of it!!!!
Continue readingThe leaves have finally dropped from the trees in our garden, I have to say this year they fell a lot later than usual and we had some magnificent colors because of this. Like the leaves, some of our products are about to go away, one of them is the Soft Seedlings Stamp Set – so I thought I would give it one more outing, with a simple but very impressive coloring technique. (Gosh – I sound a little poetic today!)

I have made this as a thinking of you card, (today would have been my dear Pop’s 93rd birthday and he is in my thoughts) which is a great sentiment if you want to send a ‘just because’ card or it will work for sympathy or for someone who is unwell and you want to give them a little lift to their day.
