I love the color combination – really fresh and bright – that I accidently tripped over a couple of weeks ago, check it out here. Continue readingSometimes we need to be able to make a card quickly but still want it to be a fantastic creation to send. Using different layers of card can give the pizzazz we are looking for to impress. Today’s card takes about 10 – 12 mins to make, with the layers and a little embossing to give plenty of impact. Just to show how quick and easy it is to make I have a video to share.

The colors in this suite are just bright, fresh and SHINY!! perfect for my style – there is also a great new embellishment – the Open Leaf Trinkets.

Fancy folds are fun to make and can look harder than they really are, to prove my point there is a video tutorial to show how the pieces go together plus I share a stampin technique using the Stamparatus!
Continue readingTucked away on page 93 of the 2022 Annual Catalog is the pack of Lovely Layers Vellum. It has some pre-printed pages as well as some blank ones which you can use for other techniques. Today I have used one of the blank ones with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder to create a focal point for today’s birthday card.
