As you know we are in the middle of Sale-a-bration,  Stampin’ UP!’s annual celebration where you can get FREE stuff when you place on order at my on-line store.  One of the most popular stamp sets is ‘The Gang’s All Meer’ with the most adorable Meerkats.

The images are just perfect for coloring and today I have busted out my heat tool again and created a jolly little gang of cheeky meerkats to help celebrate a birthday!

Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Blueberry Bushel Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Seaside Spray Card

Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Whisper White Card

Ink Colors: Versamark, Seaside Spray, Granny Apple Green

I used the Shimmer Black Embossing Powder to stamp the meerkats, cactus and greeting.  Then used Seaside Spray with a Stampin’ Sponge to add some sky and then Granny Apple Green for some grass beneath their feet.  I used my Stampin’ Markers for my coloring, Crumb Cake for the Meerkats, Old Olive and Real Red for Cactus and that darling little gecko!
