We are on the verge of wedding season and I have several folks who are planning their ‘I do’ day over the coming months. Wherever possible I like to try to pick up on the wedding colors for the cards I make and send, however some weddings choose the neutral white or ivory. Today’s card is one that would work for any wedding theme as it is ivory with a little touch of gold.

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Very Vanilla Thick Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Very Vanilla Card
• Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Pearlescent Specialty Paper ~ run thru Cut and Emboss Machine with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder
• Ink Color: Crumb Cake

The embossed Pearlescent Paper is the focus of this card, using the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder give a very pretty and soft texture to the paper. The greeting is from the Forever Fern Stamp Set, stamped on a scrap of Very Vanilla card, then trimmed to fit. A length of Simply Elegant Trim and Champagne Rhinestone finishes of this very quick card.
