Happy 4th everyone! Today’s card is inspired by a recent Stampin’ UP! event I attended remotely. It focused on the Splendid Day Suite of products that was launch just 3 short days ago on July 1st. The colors in this suite are just so soft and subtle making it a snap to create shabby chic – my special favorite being the Soft Sea Foam Seam Binding Ribbon!

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Soft Sea Foam Card ~ scored @ 4 1.4
• Layer 1: 4 3/4 x 3 1/4 Splendid Day Specialty Designer Series Paper
• Layer 2: 4 1/2 x 3 Basic White Card
• Ink Color: Fresh Freesia with Pool Party and Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blends

The Stampin Blends were used to put color onto the piece of Basic White card which was then attached to the decorative paper layer with Liquid Adhesive, before being attached to the base card with Stampin Dimensionals. I couple of leaves cut with the Splendid Stems Dies attached to the little greeting banner and a bow using that Soft Sea Foam Seam Binding that I love so much. Such a fresh and different color scheme designed by the Stampin UP! artists.
