Congratulations ~ Bravo Stamp Set
We went to visit the construction site for our new home over the weekend, we are excited with progress, brick and stonework is nearly finished and the inside walls have been painted. We also met our new neighbours who told us they had their first child on Wednesday and signed and completed all the paperwork and got the keys for their new home the following day!!!! September and October are busy months for birthdays in my family, a Sister-in-law and a Great Niece in September and a Granddaughter in October. I saw a design for a card with a ‘dangly’ star and plenty of bling made by Connie Stewart which would be perfect for the ‘littlies’, then I worked thru a version for my Sister-in-Law………. here are the results. Every month I have a wonderful group of ladies who come to my classes and workshops and place orders for products so they can continue to create when there are no classes to come to! I like to thank each and every one of them for their enthusiasm and support by making a card. Sometimes it is a full card, sometimes an 3×3 or sometimes a ‘business’ card size. Swaps for Convention ~ part 2
Earlier this week I shared the first of my 2 designs for swaps at this weeks’ Stampin’ Up convention in Salt Lake City, UT and promised to share the 2nd design. Although we are still in the middle of July and the 100F Texas heat is beating down, it is not too soon, in the card-making world, to start thinking about Christmas/Holiday cards.
