New Ribbon Share – 2016/2017 Stampin’ Up Catalog
The 2016 / 2017 Annual Catalog introduced a number of new ribbons which are absolutely lovely – some of them we have already used in our classes – others are soon to feature!!!!
Like me, I know you would like to get your hands on these ribbons but not to make the investment in a 10 yd bolt of each…. soooooo At LAST I have the ribbon share available.
This year I am offering 2 shares, the In-Color Share and All other ribbon share ~ you can buy either or both shares

Happy Birthday, Mum
Today my Mum celebrates her 85th birthday and I am in England with her and the rest of my family. It is very difficult to find a gift for her as she really has all she needs. But I would like to share a little story of my gift for her. Continue reading
Happy Birthday ~ Dear Friend + a video!
What a beautiful sentiment this is from the Birthday Blooms Stamp Set and perfect for the card I wanted to make for my dear friend who lives in PA. Her favorite colors are pink and purple, Pink Pirouette and Wisteria Wonder work so beautifully together with the silver filigree in the butterfly aperture of this card.
Watercolor Wings congratulations!
One of the ladies in my Stampin’ UP! team promoted to Bronze Elite during June, this is a wonderful achievement for her and carries benefits which includes 25% discount on everything she buys from Stampin’ Up!
I could not let this go by without a card for her, she loves butterflies and Daffodil Delight – and that is what she got on her card.
Floral Phrases Stamp Set and Dies
Just 2 more Bonus Days left – for each $50 you spend before midnight on July 31st you will get a $5 coupon to redeem on your shopping during August. Don’t miss out on this great deal ~ more details can be found here
On June 7th I shared one of the new suites of products in the 2016 – 2017 Annual Stampin’ Up catalog ~ Floral Boutique ~ I knew as soon as I saw it it would be at the top of my wish list – and so it was – and the first thing on my order when the catalog went live on June 1st. Since then I have used it a whole bunch and it was the focus of one of my card classes at the end of June. Continue reading
Tea Bag Thank you’s
June’s thank you gift to all the lovely ladies who shopped with me was a little 3D gift bag containing 2 teabags. It allowed me to continue with my quest to use Designer Series Paper as well to use some of the new products from the 2016 – 2017 Annual Catalog, and to show them off to my customers. If you joined in with my DSP paper share this month you will be able to make a whole bunch of these!
( Heads up ~ watch out for my ribbon share coming in August – you won’t want to miss out on that)
Father’s Day ~ better late than never
I made this card for an on-line swap back in late May and although it is a Father’s Day card the layout and colors can be used for a birthday card for a guy or change the colors out and it would work perfectly for a feminine card – and that is the beauty of the two stamp sets that I used for this card ~ Pop of Paradise and Thoughtful Banners because they have images and words that are really flexible.
Vertical Greetings ~ Stampin’ Up!
When the 2016 ~ 2017 Annual Catalog came out one of the sets that sparked my imagination was Vertical Greetings, a set with 3 long skinny trees and 6 vertical greetings, I knew it would lend itself to some pretty and simple cards. So here is the first of what I hope will be many designs.
