As a Stampin’ UP! demo I get my hands on new products about4 – 6 weeks ahead of their public release, I also get to attend events, virtual and in person, where Stampin’ UP! shares ideas and designs. So it was in June when I was able to get my hands on the Splendid Day Suite of products and was able to make several samples which I have shared in the last few weeks. (link below if you missed them)

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Basic White Thick Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Calypso Coral Card ~ run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Brick and Mortar Embossing Folder
• Ink Color: White Craft Ink and Tuxedo Black Memento Ink

Once embossed I used a Sponge Dauber and White Craft ink to add some highlights to the embossing – this gives it a little ‘life’ and interest.

The die cut pieces uses the Splendid Thoughts Stamp Set with coordinating Splendid Stems Dies, I just love the beautiful and delicate organic pieces.

My greeting is from the Charming Sentiments Stamp set cut with the coordinating Sentiment Silhouette Dies, I particularly liked ‘Sending Hugs’ , lets face it……………… you can use sending hugs for a birthday, for inspiration, for get well, for a celebration, for thank you, for inspiration…………………. there are a lot of possibilities!

It also gives me a chance to share this bundle with you; each of the greetings has a coordinating die that cuts close to the script ~ very elegant and far easier than ‘fussy cutting’ 🙂 a winner in my book !
