Now the rush of holiday preparations are over maybe you are sitting and ready for some card inspiration – and I have a great one for you today! Fun folds are one of my favorite types of card to make, I love the challenge and the sense of satisfaction when it is complete, often times the most complex looking of cards are a lot more straightforward to do than they look and that is the beauty of them!

• Base Card: 2 pieces 8 x 4 Very Vanilla Thick card ~ scored @ 2, 4 & 6
• Layer 1: 3 pieces 2 13/16 x 2 13/16 Very Vanilla Thick Card
• Layer 2: 2 pieces 2 11/16 x 2 11/16 Crumb Cake Card
• Layer 3: 2 pieces 3 7/8 x 1 7/8 Soft Succulent Card ~ run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with Timeworn Type Embossing Folder
• Layer 4: 2 pieces 3 7/8 x 1 7/8 Texture Chic Decorative Paper
• Layer 5: 2 pieces 2 11/16 x 2 11/16 Texture Chic Decorative Paper
• Layer 6: 1 piece 2 11/16 x 2 11/16 Texture Chic Decorative Paper
• Ink Color: Evening Evergreen

I kept the stamping to a minimum leaving the fold and decorative paper to take center stage. My greeting is from the ‘Go To Greetings’ Stamp Set, and it really is my go to set – I hope Stampin’ UP! keep it forever!!! It is cut using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and the decorative leaves are cut from Gold Foil using the Aspen Trees Dies. A cute little bow made with the Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon with an Open Leaf Trinket finishes it off perfectly.
